3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/4 cup Kahlua
3 Tbs brown sugar
1 14oz. wheel of Brie cheese
Microwave pecans for about 1 1/2 minutes to toast. Mix first three ingredients. Remove rind from top of Brie. Spread pecan mixture over top. Place Brie on microwave dish and microwave uncovered for about 2 minutes until cheese is sofened to desired consistency. Serve with Melba toast or crackers.
