8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 C. orange juice
3 Tbsp canola oil
3 Tbsp honey
2 1/4 tsp chopped fresh basil or 3/4 tsp dried basil
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a large ziploc bag. Pour mixture of oj, canola oil, honey, and basil over the chicken, tossing to coat; seal tightly.
Marinate in refrigerator for 6-8 hours, tossing occasionally.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Brown chicken on both sides in vegetable oil in a skillet and drain. Arrange chicken in a glass baking dish. Pour reserved marinade over the chicken.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until tender
