1 pound tomatillos, husked
2 to 3 jalapeno chiles
1 small onion (white)
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
4 oranges
salt to taste
Dice the tomatillos, jalapeno and onion into very small pieces and place in bowl. Add the cilantro and juice of 3 oranges. Peel remaining orange and cut into small pieces, adding to salsa. Season to taste with salt.
