1-12oz package wide egg noodles 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/4 cup chopped onion 1-28oz jar spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning 1-3.5oz package sliced pepperoni, halved 3 cups(12oz) shredded mozzarella 3 cups(12oz) shredded cheddar
Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat till meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and italian seasonings. drain noodles. In a 5qt crockpot, coated with non-stick spray, spread a 1/3 of the meat sauce. Cover with a 1/3 of the noodles, then a 1/3 of the pepperoni. Sprinkle with a 1/3 of the cheeses. Repeat layers twice. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted. serves 6-8 people.
